I think Spain deserved it overall, but the Dutch should have had a corner and a free kick just before that.  Saying that, Nigel De Jong should have been sent off in the first half for karate kicking Xabi Alonso.  It wasn't a good game, but well done Spain.

I read in a newspaper that the octopus is actually italian! He was captured in italy, brought to an english aquarium and then sold to germany for €200.
