Preview: Bankruptcy & Restructuring

The airline closure page will be soon migrated to new v.2.0. (Backend functionality was already changed, so this frontend change is rather quick update)

The first version will include a polished layout that provides the closure options in a clear manner, and has a few new features too.

In the next step a new Restructuring system will be added where you have the chance to do a one-time "chapter 11" style bankruptcy restructuring to avoid your airline going bust.
