Marketing efficiency

Hello, I added some marketing, and there is showing up a warning that my marketing staff isn't work efficient. How can I solve this?

*Somebody got some good tips for marketing? ;]

You need to hire more marketing personnel.  Office -> Personnel Office, set the marketing slider to however many it says you need, or go down to the bottom and click next to "Set all staff levels to 100%".  The 100% is in a box, you can input different percentages.
