Engines, MTOWs and ranges

For each aircraft, establish the longest range configuration (Engine +MTOW) and shortest range configuration.  (we can ignore some complications, lets just pick one that is most of the time the longest and most of the time the shortest range).

Then, when opening routes, when selecting an aircraft I don't own, the limitations should be shown as follows (hypothetical example):

Aircraft XYZ: Payload limitation.
◦EWR - SFO : Limited to 0 - 92 pax by payload/range.
◦SFO - EWR : Limited to 12 - 101 pax by payload/range.

Where the lower limit is the lowest range engine / MTOW and the higher limit is the highest engine / MTOW.  This way the player has some idea of what is going on.

The way the system works (and this is a bug report) is that the system selects a random engine / MTOW, and reports it as the single definitive value.  Next time, I select the same route, the same fleet, and the system will select a completely different random engine / MTOW (without informing the player which engine MTOW the numbers refer to).

I don't fly 727, I don't have any in my fleet.  But when I am checking range on the route creation screen, I try following:

EWR-LAX
Boeing 727-200Adv: Payload limitation.
◦EWR - LAX : Limited to 162 pax by payload/range.
◦LAX - EWR : No payload or runway limits.

EWR-SFO:
Boeing 727-200Adv: Unable to fly this route due to payload/range.
