Yes, there are different tax rates per country. The only way I know of to see this is from the route menu, using the airport information tab look up an airport in the country you're interested in, then from that specific airports information screen there's a link to the country, which when clicked will displays all the country information for you.

Great. That is helpful. If a country is not listed is there a default tax rate? 30%

Yea it was around the average .. 28-30% or so.
