Will i get a refund once i cancel an order?

Actually yes, but only if it was for direct purchase. If it was a lease, you'll forfeit the entire deposit. If it was a purchase, you'll get some, not all, of the deposit back. I can't remember if it tells you how much before you confirm the cancellation.
