I am operating 2 or 3 routes with brand new aircraft the route selection says that the pax demand is say 330 a day for one the specific routes I am flying  (the others are similar demand).  I have advertised these route's and even dropped the prices by 40% or so yet the load factors reamin around 54% for Economy and 30% for Business the seating I have is Premium Economy and the top of the range business class seat -so why are my load factors not better?  Any Ideas would be appreciated  :-\

Maybe the route image isn't high enough yet?

Marketing doesnt happen over night  :-\

The flight's are long (6000NM or so) but the leave the UK at around 10am - 12pm and then depart from their destination back to the UK around 9 pm the thing is the business class has fully flat seat, and economy is premium seating with extra recline so I cant see the timing being a major issue for my pax  :-\

Brand New A330-300's!!!! This is what I dont understand relibable new aircraft, comfy seating, advertising and still poor load factors  :-\

It's cause you're CEO isn't Jagal.
Jk ;)

But really though, what's the frequency of your flights? And your company and route image?
Also, what's the LF on the departing flight and the LF on the returning. If the LF on the departing is low, maybe it's the time?

Perhaps it could be the fact that not as many people want those kinda seats?

I've tried that I reduced by approx 30% still no increase in the Laod Factor - could it be that Its as I'm flying the route sat & sun only?  I was consdiering buying some new 'heavies' to fly daily but whats the point if the load factors at the weekends are still so poor no matter what I try?

I would focus on three things: route image, frequency and price. Working those WILL increase LF.
