Maintenance question

I have a question:
The B check takes 24h, I scheduled some flight even in the time covered from the B check. That means that 2-3 flight, 1 day a month are cancelled.

Is there a way to do not schedule those flight on the B check maintenance day of the month only? Are those cancelled flight affecting my company in some ways?

The flights do not go on those days, so yes, your airline and numbers are affected.

But everyone faces this same challenge.

One more thing - the maintenance days are not treated as "cancellations". Just consider it so that your airline is just not selling that route on that day..
