Update range page with pulldown to show stored configurations' ranges

On https://www.airwaysim.com/game/Aircraft/RangeMap/ please put in a pulldown similar to the ones on the plane ordering page for the different stored configurations and redraw based on the new data.

This would satisfy multiple requests for displaying this information.
