Can't Cancel orders?

ok, so I'm a total noob as of today,

I ordered 4 TC-Metro-II's only 19 pax planes thinking start small, again thinking that the game mechanics would favor small planes for noobs.

reading the help forums I see its not a good idea so I went in to cancel the orders and its says "ERROR unable to find such order, please try again"

I've selected the check boxes on right side and the drop down to cancel order but get the error no matter how many I select.
???any ideas???


(Also is there a way of changing your airline name, I miss read the rules and used a real name Im sorry I'm new and would like to fix that too.)

You're probably better off just declaring bankruptcy and starting over.  Also, typically planes less than 40 pax are very difficult to earn money on.  Something in the 50 - 100 pax range will probably work will in helping you get the hang of the game.  Also, pick a starting city that has reasonable short-haul demand.

That can be changed with simply a PM to the administration. Hope this helps

thanks I send an email to staff about how I was an idiot and used a real name...

and I'm going to see if I can stave off bankruptcy, if only to learn a little more before this try crashes and burns
so I do better next time.

Cancel /check only the orders that are actually cancellable.. That have the red X. Otherwise it will show the error if you select also non-cancellable orders.

Ok, thanks for the info I don't see any red X's so I guess they are mine like it or not.

Only wasting you time, I recommend you bankrupt immediately and start over.
