With the delivery of our most recent aircraft last month, Royal Nigerian now proudly serves all 14 airports across every corner of Nigeria from our base in Abuja's Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport as well as four international destinations. Our fleet of 12 Antonov An-38s is entirely brand new and we are proudly the launch customer and largest operator of the latest 200 variant. These aircraft are nowhere near as noisy as their Soviet ancestors and our flight attendants do their best to make the longer trips comfortable.

Revenues and profit margins are so high that we laugh off accusations that our Russian CEO Nadia Zelenkova is massively overpaid or guilty of embezzling. $1.2 million annually is perfectly reasonable for an operation that generates seven times that! Besides, when the workers complained she gave everyone an across the board 10% raise making our employees some of the highest paid in West Africa.

We have ordered an additional batch of five An-38-200s that will be arriving in short order and have reached out to other owners of the type for possible leasing. Our expansion strategy promises to add three more international destinations in the coming months while increasing HQ operations to at least 15 aircraft. From there we are exploring further expansion of our domestic network with new bases. The international hub at Lagos at which our flights already account for 7% of traffic is an obvious choice but Port Harcourt in the southeast and Kano in the north are also great contenders.

Our centrally located home base in Abuja also receives international traffic from eight different airlines but yearly traffic is expected to double in 2023 as our operations now account for more than 50% of the total annual traffic of 1.4 million passengers. Our domestic and regional international passengers often feed into this long haul market as do the nearly 300,000 passengers we are currently carrying to Lagos every year. The sky is literally the limit for Nigeria's first flag carrier.
