National Airlines has become the number one airline for domestic departures from Melbourne in less than two months since launching its new operations hub.  The achievement signals the strength of National's rapid expansion and its growing presence in one of Australia's most competitive aviation markets.

A spokesperson said the result was a clear sign that National's high-frequency model is resonating with travellers:
