About a dozen CRJ200LR are available for less than a third the price of new-build frames. And there will be more on the way as Air Riga retires the 50-seat jet as part of an overall fleet strategy re-think. These birds are great for quickly building a new hub while you wait for those 737s you ordered back in 2006 to actually get built.
