Sausade announces the completion of its fleet renewal program

The CEO of Saudade announced today that Saudade has acquired 110 new Boeing 737-300 aircraft in exchange for its existing fleet of 737-200s and 727-200Adv. All aircraft will be equipped with a convenient seating for 120 passengers in economy class and 5 passengers in business class. Passengers travelling will be enjoying an even more smoother, faster and more comfortable way to travel in the future.

After having finalized the refurbishing and conversion of its DC-8-63 fleet to the newest standards DC-8-73 with a complete refit for the cabin and new and much quieter engines Saudade additionally ordered 32 new Fokker 27-200 aircraft in exchange for aging aircrafts of the same fleet.

Saudade will be operating only three different types of aircraft in the future and will continue to grow its network in addition to the partner network of the Phoenix Alliance.
