Definition of useless staff

Airline has at least 10 x spare 767-200E sitting idle
Airline has at least 15 x 767-200E in C checks
Airline has over 66K staff, with over 14K of those in Route Strategies and Flight Operations areas

Would you expect them to put 2 and 2 together and assign spare planes to routes where the planes are in C Checks??


No......that is a task for the CEO
In fact every task is for the CEO....so why do I have all the staff??
