Help please, whats wrong?

Please help me understand situation . My company BorisAirWays  has 90% company image, the route has 100% known in the marketing, there is no any competitor in the route,  BUT the traffic is 50% with passengers.
Please tell how it's possible and what can I do???

think of passengers as a bell curve. So you can capture the middle 80% of the bell curve by offering OK fares. You can also capture the middle 80% by offering decent flight times (0600-2100). Also the 80% by avoiding tech stops. Also 80% for no "too small" messages.

Perhaps post the route to/from and we'll take a look to see what is happening. Use Discord if you like, easier to post images etc

the other 20% at each end of the bell curve "may" travel with high fares, poor flight times etc, but may not. But the 80% in the middle will pretty much travel most of the time.

Thank you. You know, there are many routes have been decreased with passengers traffic just within last game year, but before there was everything good with traffic more than 90%. Company image was not changed more than 90, route image 100 as I told, the planes with good condition, flight time is flyiable, but traffic is decreased dramatically. I have good experience here. Playing since 2009 but don't remember such a situation.

so give us a specific route or 2 to look at. It's hard to diagnose with so little information to go on, although you have ruled out the obvious. What are you fares like on those routes? Try resetting to default +4% on a few routes and see what happens
