It is with mixed emotions of joy and some sadness that we have said farewell to the very last of our faithfull Vickers Viscounts. Our airline was practically founded upon that supreme aircraft of the 1950's.  At it's launch it was leaps and bounds ahead of any other civil aircraft of it's day and we utilised them to grow to what is today one of the worlds most successful airlines.

The joy however, comes with bringing the speed and comfort of jet travel to very single route we offer, with our superb fleet of modern Boeing 737-200s and Douglas DC.8-60s. To commemorate this final completion of replacing the last Viscount route onto a 737, we have introduced just one special 737-200Advc painted in a dramatic new livery - if you are lucky enough to board "The Gold Aircraft" on one of your flights with us, we give away free flights on-board to every passenger for their next holiday.
