Agreement between North Central Airlines and Trans JK

ANNOUNCEMENT

North Central Airlines has agreed with Trans JK of Morocco to acquire the airline's entire fleet of Convair Metropolitans.
The addition of more Convair Metropolitans will allow North Central Airlines to grow significantly in the US market.

We are very proud of the opportunity to make this acquisition. It does not only allows us to continue to grow in the US market, but it also secures the operability and
possibility to fly our Convair Metropolitans for another 20 years, says the CEO of North Central Airlines.
