Air AB-X Apologizes for Taxiing Incident at Jacksonville Airport (JAX)

Jacksonville, FL – Air AB-X would like to extend its sincerest apologies to the passengers on board Flight ABX697, bound for Dallas Love Field (DAL), for the delay caused by an incident that occurred while taxiing at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).

The aircraft, a Viscount 700D, was struck by an empty ramp bus that was traveling at an unsafe speed. Thankfully, no passengers or crew were injured during the incident. We are currently conducting a thorough investigation in collaboration with the airport authorities to understand the circumstances that led to this occurrence and to ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future.

Passenger safety and comfort are always our top priorities. Our teams are working diligently to assess the aircraft and arrange alternative travel options to minimize inconvenience. We are doing everything in our power to get all passengers to their destination in Dallas as soon as possible.
