- JET PETRO -9% Fuel Supplier Analysis -



So I've analysed the fuel suppliers and hedging fuel prices during August 1951 and want to share with you all about the indicators of speculation.

I've come to the conclusion that a 9% discount on DAILY MARKET PRICES is a very good deal for the sake of $1.3 Million over the course of 1.9 years -

This would equate to a $630,000 saving on fuel over the 2 year contract on average estimates.

> On an average price of $70 during the day Price point - then this Supplier would offer your airline it at $59 - so it sure looks like a surefire indicator to opt for this deal for the next two years -

 > The potential of loss on this investments in fuel hedging would be extremely abnormal unless a crisis hit that increased the price of fuel to over $115-120 levels - to my speculation I dont believe this will be the average over the next two years and so would STRONGLY ADVISE taking on the JET PETRO Fuel Supplier Deal over hedging over the next two years from now - as hedging would still be hard to reach a price point of $59 unless the current daily price fell back down to $41 as it had done this March 1951.

With the average stock price for gas and oil levels around $70-80 and reaches above that at around $100-110 during harsher supply and demand curves.

So in comparison to the two deals and offers - I have concluded and opted to go for the -9% DISCOUNT Fuel Supplier Contract with Jet Petro [/size]

I would advise all other member of New Horizon Alliance really consider their own plans for their fuel supplier contracts - but I think this will be a great deal for most of you
