What are the over supply of seats % that trigger a warning from the game?

Current route has a demand of 100 seats, I have a supply of 117, and a competitor has just added 138 seats? Supply is now at 255%

By game rules each individual airline is allowed to supply up to 200% of the demand. Regardless of what other airlines are supplying.
