Following up one old idea, it would be nice to have a minimum lease duration.

Some other feature additions could be:

• Optional requirement for aircraft to be returned from lease with fresh c/d checks depending on when they are due. It could work where if the aircraft is within 3-6 months of either "heavy check", that the returning airline pays for the check.
• Optional requirement for the aircraft to be returned in the original config
