Configurable In-Flight Services and Entertainment Systems

I think it would ad another cool layer of competition if we were to have configurable in-flight services and entertainment systems. It's mostly just a QOL thing, but it could be another factor in determining an airline's score, and thus have an impact on its competitiveness.

not a good idea IMHO. Number crunchers are gonna crunch the numbers, keep the results for them, and then gain yet another competitive advantage.

+ airline score already being random enough without including the complexity of IFE

I think this would be a great addition if it was clear what the positives and negatives were.
