Is pax demand supposed to be assymetric?

I just realized there is asymmetric demand between Birmingham UK - Sydney. 1300 departure leg and 1900 on the return leg. Is this intentional? I refreshed dozens of times to confirm my suspitions. I've never seen this happen on any other route.

Sometimes it might be.

But in 90% of the cases it's within 5% both ways.
