Have ability to check how much of quota you've used in HQ/base airport

As per topic. I got a message saying can't create route because of quota. I don't know if I can finish the planes schedule in 30 min, 60 min, 90 min. I just created 3 routes, 21 slots. Then hit quota. Don't remember how long it is since last plane I scheduled. Also can't be certain it's counting correctly, I had bunch of tabs open and accidentally created route I didn't mean to, so cancelled it while saving slots, then made new route with those existing ones. I assume that counts as 7 towards quota rather than 14, but can't tell for certain.

If I could look and see aug 9 - 21 slots, aug 6 (or whenever it was) 28 slots, then I'd know when to check back in.
