Airport closing times in NZ

Having operated out of several airports in New Zealand IRL I am wondering why there are certain airports in the game that have certain time limits. Having checked Jepp plates and the AIP I can't figure it out

NZHN  Hamilton.   19-06.         This airport goes to class G uncontrolled when atc goes off watch. Commercial aircraft operate here outside of those times IRL

NZQN  Queenstown 18-07.       This one is unusable in game due to a time that doesn't exist IRL. Plenty of Air NZ 320s operate out of here after 6pm

NZDN  Dunedin.     21-07.         This one isn't as bad as above however it's still not realistic With traffic IRL operating in the mornings and evenings

NZPM  Palmerston North 20-06  Couldn't find any info anywhere with those numbers stated

There also seems to be some missing airports in the Country which IRL have commercial traffic on turboprops

Great Barrier Island NZGB

The data in-game is only as good as the source it came from, if you have better information with a credible source, then I'm sure it can be updated
