Multiple Close Flights - Cargo - Load Factor Issues?

Question has probably come up before, but unsure what exactly to search for.

I am flying from A to B

No one else is on the route. Supply exactly matches Current Demand. I have a Route Image of 100

I have a plane that leaves A at 2100, another at 2110, another at 2120. So 3 flights within 20 minutes

Does this close spacing affect the Load Factor at all, or would it be ~100% for each flight? If I had a flight at 1200, another at 1700 and another at 2200 would that get me closer to 100% if the previous answer was no?

Is there a minimum time to offset each departure to maximize Load Factor in this type of scenario?

I do like to space out flights in general, but it can be hard for some routes due to a number of factors

Thanks!

Makes no difference to cargo, only to pax.
