Private Airwaysim servers?

I have a group of a bunch of airline enthusiasts friends and I was wondering if there was anyway to set up a private game scenario with just me and my friends competing against each other? I know there are ways to set up an education based server but obviously we wouldn't use it for that purpose... Is that the only option available to us, or is there another option that I may have missed?

Interesting idea! My first thought was that it might be a good idea, but when thinking about it a bit longer I am concerned that everyone would want a private world and that the actual worlds would lose their playerbase.

So not sure what to think of it really. I see that you and your friends want to play together and probably don't want to wait until a new world opens up.

Guess we have to see what Sami says.
