A bit of assistance needed with loans

There have been a couple of bug reports that user taking out a loan has not been able to get the money to his account... Despite of many efforts I cannot replicate the issue nor fix it.

So please test & keep an eye on the loans and if you find an error please report the EXACT STEPS and sums and every possible details.
