Scheduling of routes on new aircraft

I have new aircraft (not from the used market) being delivered in less than a month (game time).
Is it impossible to do pre-scheduling on aircraft coming from the new aircraft market? If so, what is the reason for that since you can do this on aircraft coming from the used marked.

You can pre-schedule it 3 weeks before delivery.

Anything changed related to this during last real hours? It is now 29th Mar 1996 on-going and I have new a/c (A310 with non-standard config) scheduled to arrive on 1st Apr 1996. I cannot pre-schedule it. I have been able to reschedule so far. Last about 6 hours (real time) ago.

I noticed that too. It is now Mar 29 in the Boom game and I have new aircraft due to arrive on Apr 1 and 3, but I am not able to pre-schedule. However, I am able to pre-schedule a used aircraft arriving Apr 11.

Now one of those new aircraft that I couldn't pre-schedule was delivered (I got the message and it is green in the "Aircraft on order" list) except it is not in "My aircraft" and it is not in "Scheduling" and it is nowhere to be found! Not amused.

Fleet Manager says: New aircraft delivered!  (only thing is, it´s not there...)
