Converting passenger plane to cargo

I recently leased a Bristol Britannia 302 with the intent of using the cargo conversion (Britannia 253F) that it said is a available only on used aircraft and that I've seen others do. How do you do this conversion? Thanks.

You can only convert planes that you own outright, not ones you have leased.

On the 'my aircraft' page, along with links for buy plane, terminate lease, maintenance actions, etc, there will also be one for converting the plane.

Is there no option to have the aircraft converted before it is delivered (i.e. do I really have to purchase the plane with all the seats and then have it converted?)?
