Flight cancellations

Can someone please explain the function of flight cancellations?
I have average ac condition over 95%.
Average punctuality is 96,7% , where Technical problem with ac is 0 min.

Still, in the Flight Cancellation section, it says 4 cancellations due to Technical problem with ac!

I just can't understand this

Delay vs cancellation, I think.
You can measure a delay (+5, +10 mins, etc.). But you can't measure a cancellation: it's simply not there.

Technical cancellation are just always going to happen, even if all you aircraft were at 100%, just as they do in real life.  It's not significant to your game as it's the same for everybody and there's nothing you can do about it. I'd just relax and ignore it.  And what The_Ape said.
