Does anyone know how advanced the simulation model in AWS is. Does it take into account behind, beyond, and bridge traffic for instance?

It's purely point to point at this stage for passengers. Cargo is more complex as demand can shift between near-by cities. Check the manual for city based demand.

There isn't any connecting pax, one of the reasons me and many other players have stopped playing this game until it can match other games available out there.
