double change-year arrows

current situation: in the production slot view for aircraft, there is those little blue arrows that help you change the year you are looking at. on the left one year backward, on the right one year forward.
then there is those double blue-arrows, the left ones bringing you to current year/first production year, which is fine, but the right ones are bringing you to... the last game year! where is the sense in that?

proposal: the right double arrows should bring you to the last year that has occupied production slots.

especially on my phone i often misclick between those two - and it is annoying!
