temporary slot quota - make more information available

so KATL is slot constrained in GW1 as are many other major airports, and I frequently bump into the temporary slot quota of 85 slots max in 7 days. But I have no way of knowing when I can take up new slots again.

I'd quite like it if the temporary slot quota error message on edit/create route also said WHEN I could next get slots. so "quota exceeded. 12 slots will be available on April 12th 1962". Even better show me how many slots are coming up on each day, so
12/April/1962 - 12 slots
13/April/1962 - 8 slots
14/April/1962 - 2 slots

etc etc.

Rather than call it temporary slot quota, which makes me think the slots are temporary, or the restriction is only temporary for the next few months, could I suggest it be changed to rolling slot quota which is clearer to intent.
