Short Form Scenario: Imperial Challenge

While all these unruly, restive countries wish to cast off the shackles of their Imperial benefactors, perhaps AWS could implement a game mode in which Republics and democracies are crushed by the benevolent dictators, enabling airlines to base themselves in their respective dominions. Imagine a world where:

French baguettes fly from Paris to every corner of the African continent
Airlines from Portugal spreading a silly version of Spanish (known as Portuguese) from their hub in Macau
A seasoned Stalin stalling, stealing the Stans for Soviet subservience
British Airways has displaced Delta, American, and United to become the flag carrier of the fully formed royal colonies of North America.

Okay, maybe not the last one, that's a bit revisionist. But the infrastructure already exists, it's more a matter of turning off declarations of independence and seeing how the chips fall.

Well, there's been regional challenges, in the past, without basing limits. I had a HQ in FRA, with bases in PHI, LHR, CAI, JNB, etc... It would be violent if the number of players involved was bigger.
