define which type of seats to block

rather than always flying a full F and C section, have the option to block only F, only C or number of seats in each section.

there is about 5 feature requests of that kind already. as well as: different blocks by direction, both for cargo and for pax. or an automatic allocation of the cargo/pax blocks by route ("operational upgrades")... nothing happened about it in ages.
