I have noticed that when I look at My Aircraft, the two columns on the far right will sometimes show either a daily or a huge weekly loss.  But when I look at the aircraft schedule, it is making $50,000 a day in profits.  After a day or two cycles it usually corrects itself.

Is this just a quirk in the program?

It may be due to B, C, or D checks. When a flight is canceled due to scheduled maintenance, it counts against the plane's profit numbers but not the flight's profits. The flight doesn't show as "cancelled" it just doesn't exist at all for that day or week(s) depending on if it's a B or C/D check. It's done that way so scheduled maintenance doesn't confuse whether or not a flight is profitable.

The correction you mentioned is after the maintenance is over, the maintenance interval eventually falls off the bottom of the plane's flight (and hangar) history as more recent events are added to the top.
