New Gameworld coming soon?

Gameworld 2 has almost come to an end and the short cargo challenge game has also finished recently.

Will there be any new gameworlds launched soon? Usually a new GW starts about 1-2 weeks prior to the end of another gameworld.
However there have been no announcements as yet..

That hasn't been the case with the long game world's....

New long game starts usually always after the current one ends. We're still drawing the long-term plans for the game worlds and their possible renaming so details will follow a bit later. But in any case a long GW will start next.

Just wonder if we can get a long game world starting from 1950 instead of 1955 or 1960 to enjoy some very early jets like Comet for a longer period instead of only putting them into a mini-world so that some players need to to run 2 game worlds at the same time for Comets

Current GW2 doesn't even have the best comet versions yet. Last gw2 started in 1950. I think there was a poll, too. Majority wins.

Would be nice if slots weren't so cheap, too.

Perhaps not 300-800k for a set but 10k at a tier 1 airport is far too cheap.

It'd be nice to see a 1980 start to 2036 end GW, so DC10/L-1011 and 737/DC-9 can be found on the UM from the start.
