As the Cargo Challenge draws to a close...
« on: January 12, 2019, 05:00:43 AM »
...I'm going to suggest some ideas for the next minigame:

  • a challenge named the 'Quintruple Seven Challenge' where all routes have the same pax demand of 77777 pax (Detroit-Pyongyang, Dubai-Penang, Vladivostok-Paris, etc.), regardless of what the regular GWs say;
  • another named the 'Boeing Challenge' in which only Boeing aircraft can be flown; and
  • the last named the 'MTV Era Challenge' in which its time period is August 1, 1981 to May 23, 1990.

What do you think?

I'm afraid for 1. and 2. we won't have enough planes to do the job which leaves us with 3.: an 80s challenge basically which I do like :)

btw... what happened to MTV on May 23,1990? I hear they are still around

They must've toned down their music programming by the 1990s in the United States.

Before the cargo challenge started, Sami polled the group and there was a lot of support for an all Soviet/Russian fleet challenge.  That would be fun.  Always wanted my own IL-62.
