Make "move schedule" easier for multi-bases and seating configs

Basically, currently active users can regularly move the schedule of aircraft in their C and D checks to unscheduled aircraft, and gain an advantage.

However, trying to do this is crazy tedious with many bases, and involves too many steps if I want to match the seating configuration.
Currently, when you click on move schedule, it only displays as an option unscheduled aircraft in the current base.  The dialog box selection shows the range (good!) but does not show unscheduled aircraft in other bases, nor their seating configuration.

Once you find an aircraft in D-check, you you would have to open a new schedule tab, select "unscheduled", re-click the "search" button, search for an unscheduled matching aircraft with similar seating arrangements on all bases, then select that aircraft, re-base that unscheduled aircraft to that aircraft in C/D check, and if you forget all the specs, flip tabs back and forth to find a match.

I propose to make it easier:
- when clicking on move schedule, include the list of unscheduled aircraft from all the other bases as an option.  The selected aircraft from the other base should then automatically be re-based when selected.
- when clicking on move schedule, also display the seating configuration of each unscheduled aircraft option.

Thanks!

I don't see why this shouldn't be implemented as a stop gap until such ideas as spare aircraft, aircraft pools, fleet scheduling, maintenance planning, etc are implemented in the future.

Another nice feature of the stop gap measure would be to have a complete swap.  Meaning if Aircraft A has a schedule, and Aircraft B has only an AB check scheduled, "Move Schedule" should really be "Swap Schedule, so that Aircraft B ends up with the schedule and Aircraft A ends up with the AB check scheduled (rather than having its schedule erased).

BTW, here is my feature request on automated aircraft pools:

as someone who is stockpiling 350 CRJ200s spread out on 6 different airports before making a one-day swap(to avoid the 4 fleet penalty) from F28s, I agree wholly. Would have made my life massively easier to stockpile all of them in Poznan and replace brainlessly.
