Bi-directional Cargo allocation (& seat blocking + upgrades)

Long-term request here...

I know there's a lot more work to be done to Cargo and CBD in general, and one-way seat blocking and seat upgrades have been discussed already. But as we get closer to PAX CBD this needs revisiting because we've already seen how dynamic Cargo demand can be. I'd like to see this explored as an option when the passenger demand model gets moved over to city-based (whenever that may be).

I've now got several routes where Heavy Cargo potential demand is near to or greater than my freighter's capacity in one direction, but barely half in the other direction. In order to maximize cargo revenue in the direction I can carry 95% heavy cargo, I have to fly with a 40% load factor in the other direction instead of picking up some standard and light cargo to fill up the hold. My fear is that when passenger traffic moves to CBD, instead of having about a dozen routes globally with unbalanced PAX demand as we do now, we're going to see most routes exhibit this behavior, leading to a lot of confusion and anger over oversupply warnings that only apply to either an outbound flight or return flight.
