Does revenue come into your account throughout the day as flights are completed? Or is it deposited more like once or twice per day?  Same with expenses...are all expenses for a day charged to you at a certain time in the morning or spread out throughout the day?

Operational revenue is paid once a day around 11 PM (not counting other revenues like selling planes or such).

Some operational expenses (like salaries, fuel and maintenance) are paid once a day around 11 AM, some others (like leases and depreciation) once a week, monday morning around 11 AM.

Taxes are paid once a week, sunday evening around 11 PM.
