Maintenance in other bases

I was curious about whether, if I open a second base airport, can I fly an aircraft there as part of its schedule and do a and b checks there or is there no way to achieve this with aircraft only able to be checked at their actual base of operation?

Has to be done at the origin basse of operation. There is currently no way of doing maintenance at an outstation, even if you have a base at said outstation.
