[Cargo]Add max payload range info to aircraft info pages.

[qunow]

- Add the info under nominal range in the info page that view each individual aircraft
- Add another line of info when hovering over the aircraft reg in scheduling page
- When comparing aircraft, the aircraft max payload can be displayed as 40000kg@2000nm instead of simply 40000kg
