Sudden company image drop?

Didn't change marketing, or fire staff (at least that particular week), or anything. Any suggestions why?

It's impossible to tell without more information, however a sudden CI drop is nearly always to so with massive delays/cancellations which can be caused by staff issues (lack of staff, poor morale), poor scheduling (short turnaroudns), aircraft condition.  For sure firing staff will demotivate them and cause delays. When I have a sudden CI drop it's nearly always due to me forgetting to hire new staff (I do it manually).  It worries me that you say you didn't fire staff "that particular week".  Just how many staff did you fire and how long ago?

Firstly check your delays and cancellations to see if they are higher than expected and then work from there...
