I have an airline now and every week I come out negitive..  If I were to start over, what should I do to ensure that I make a profit every week or like a month after I start the airline?  Thanks

Leased aircraft flying as many high-demand short length routes as possible.

and preferably little old aircraft. Leasing brand new birds can be expensive, too.

Okay.  Bought a 737 for 5 million and it is doing good. Would you say not do that again and to lease a newer one or to buy another old one again?

It depends on the age.  The trade off is the higher maintenance costs on an older airplane.

Yeah so is it better to lease a used one or buy a old used one? I requested a mentor.

When you first start out, do NOT buy planes. The game's fixed costs are structured in a way that makes a sub 5-10 plane airline difficult to sustain profits - leasing will help you get to a few dozen planes and you can evaluate buying them later.

It might be a good idea to review some of the guides as well as the manual, as the impression that I get from a lot of your questions it that you have not done so yet....

The one thing most guides won't tell you is to have patience, as it takes time to start an airline and have it become profitable. I've seen too many people pull the plug and restart before they gave whatever they set up a chance....

I accepted your mentor request (sorry, didn't see it before) and will reach out via personal messages.
