First Class worth it?

Does anyone think first class is worth it for domestic flights in the US?  On my little cjr planes I have 6 business and rest ecom and on my 737's I have first, business, and econ.  Should I get rid of the business class on the 737 or the first class?  Business class seems to be doing well and first class isn't..

Look at the demand on the routes you're flying. If it's 0, then you'll never sell an F seat.

Most larger routes in the US will have a small number of F seats worth of demand, and in those cases, it's worth flying it, but it'll be a limited subset of everything that you fly.
