Some brand new planes i want to lease out for longer periods, but some airliners lease them for just a year and nothing i can do about.
Or is there?
I know you can have a maximum leasing period, but why i cannot find a minimum leasing period?
This would make it more intresting and better to protect new airplanes being leased for just a short period while a longer leaser mis the oppertunity.

Good question.

I think this thread would be better suited in the feature requests part of the forum.

Though, if your running into that problem often, I would raise my selling price (cost of leasing) to gain more revenue from that airline.

There is a minimum leasing period that can't be broken when you take a lease out for any aircraft. Though it is dependent on the length of the lease...I'm assuming your problem is airline(s) are 1 year leasing your aircraft and breaking the lease right before the C check expires, leaving you with the bill?

Also planes often leased untill big maintanence comes, that is normal.
For me is when i put out planes sometimes just short term leases comes out when i prefer long leases, but this should be an option of arrangement.
It is a mangement game after all.

Thank you for the tip,i will post this in feature reqeust forum
