Can anyone make sense of this? I have 3 flights that go to an airport. I recently whiched the flight from one aircraft, to a new aircraft with a business class layout. When I did that, the load factor for economy only of one leg of the light went to 0%. Below, bolded, is the flight I am not understanding. All three (6 including roundtrip) flights have the same price being charged. The new aircraft is a 737-9 instead of a 737-8 like the last one. I did adjust the times a little bit, but I can't figure out what would make the LF go to 0%, especially when business is at 100% for the same flight. And returning, there is no issue with the economy LF. Any ideas?
In the mean time I tried reducing the price significately to see if that does anything. I am losing around $70,000/game-day due to this issue.
